Sigma provides oilfield services for the upstream oil & gas industry and would like to be a unique client-focused service provider to the global oil, gas, and energy industries.

All services are carried out in accordance with International standards and codes of governance to meet the client's quality as well as applicable industry standard norms.

SIGMA along with their partners provides the following services to the upstream oil and gas industry.

Drilling

Drilling – directional/horizontal/vertical/side tracking wells. Work over

Directional drilling:

• Drilling deep directional/horizontal wells (S and J shape) Up to 5400m depth.
• Horizontal wells up to 1000m
• Sidetracking – key terms
• Over 120 wells drilled for local and international companies

MWD/LWD services:

• sizes 8”, 6 ¾”, 4 ¾”:
• Resistivity, Gamma,

Coring services for all hole sizes:

• Stabilization, encapsulation – foam, resin, nitrogen etc.
• Gel coring
• Coring with Ant jamming system
• Long interval coring – up to 54-81м coring in one run

Drilling Mud Services:

• Engineering support services, control over preparation and maintenance of drilling fluids during drilling operations:
• Water based fluid
• Synthetic based fluid

ADCS - Surface Automated Drilling Control System:

reduces drilling time by automating drilling processes (surface system): Increasing rate of penetration from 10 up to 40% based on well profile and depth

Supervising services:

• Engineering and Geological support for Drilling, Work over and well test operations:
• Qualified / certificated employees with international onshore and offshore experience.
• Engineering support for all type of operations



SIGMA along with its partners are going to develop in-house Service center to provide non-stop services and field support for the ongoing operations to its Customers in different locations thereby giving edge to its customers

INSPECTION & SERVICES

• Inspection and testing of drilling rigs as per API CAT III & IV
• Rig Repair/maintenance through our partners.

SEISMIC:

Our team of experts are able to meet technological challenges with precision. Our services are broadly classified into the following:

• 2D/3D Seismic data acquisition and Processing ( Land , Marine, OBC, Transient ).
• Seismic Refraction survey (Uphole & LVL)

Land Rigs Inspections & Certifications

• We provide well experienced and qualified engineers for conducting land rig inspection category III & IV as per API RP 4G and provide detail reports, witness, verify all repairs, replacement based on the report and upon completion of refurbishment, issue compliance certificate.

Other Services

• We support our customers to source the equipments as per OEM specification, supply refurbished, certified equipments, drilling rigs and components.

Drilling And Hoisting Equipment Inspection & Certification

• We provide well experienced and qualified engineers for conducting drilling and hoisting equipment inspection category III & IV as per API RP 7L & API RP 8B, provide detail reports, witness, verify all repairs, replacement based on the report and upon completion of refurbishment, issue compliance certificate. (Equipment includes Mud pumps, Draw works, Traveling block, Crown block, Deadline Anchor, etc)

Rig Condition Survey & Acceptance

• We provide experienced and qualified engineers to perform condition survey of below listed equipment of drilling rigs, as per API standards & recommendations and witness rig acceptance test
